Banana chocolate cake.

Since we have tons of cocoa powder and nama - chocolate which my daughter has bought and left just sitting on the fridge, 'made this very simple yet so yummy sweet pastry. 

Cooking hour: 45 minutes/ almost an hour
You'll be needing:  a pound cake tin 
(or you can use a 22" cake round tin )
(or you can use some  muffin containers )

Pre-heat the oven at 250 

Banana chocolate  cake
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp  baking soda
1/2 tsp    baking powder 
  1 1/2 cups sugar--- (I only used 1 cup to lessen the sweetness)
1tsp. salt
a pinch of cinnamon - 

1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter 
1tsp almond extract (optional, happened to also have this in the storage)

2 eggs
nuts or chocolate chips 

4 riped bananas

Procedure:
1. Sift all the powder ingredients and mix all together in a wide bowl.
2.Add two beaten eggs , butter, salt and sugar, mix well.
3.In a separate bowl,mash the bananas manually by fork or you can also use a mixer.
4.Combine two mixtures together , no need to mix really well.
5.Put the batter into the pre-greased loaf pan/  molding tin.
6.Bake for 30 -35 minutes.
7.Check once in a while using a toothpick.
8. Cool down  the cake.
9.Serve with ice cream,iced-tea,green tea , hot tea or coffee.
